Zhongding Happiness Culture

In March 2010, Zhongding launched the Happy Cultural Circle(HCC). By March 2025, it had established 550 Happiness Culture Circles, covering over 30 subsidiaries within the domestic group and involving more than 21,000 employees. Through systematic activities, the project has driven the development of grassroots cultural circles, embedding the corporate culture at the operational level in phases.
