Recently, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions announced a piece of good news: the Trade Union of Zhongding Group, as an advanced model in serving employee groups and facilitating enterprise development, has been conferred the honorary title of "National May 1st Labor Certificate" by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. This marks another national-level honor for the Group’s Trade Union, following its acquisition of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions’ highest honor, the "National Model Workers’ Home Flag Unit" (with only one recipient in Anhui Province), in 2015.
Over the years, adhering to the tenet of "serving employee groups and facilitating enterprise development", the Trade Union of Zhongding Group has effectively fulfilled its role as a bridge and link between the enterprise and employees, conscientiously discharging its fundamental duty of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and actively acting as a spokesperson for the workforce. Meanwhile, it has maintained alignment in goals, directions, and pace between trade union work and the enterprise’s operational development, fostering a favorable atmosphere characterized by unity and harmonious progress for the sound and rapid advancement of Zhongding’s undertakings. The Trade Union of Zhongding Group has successively been awarded honorary titles such as "National Model Workers’ Home Flag Unit", "National Workers’ Reading Room", "National Advanced Unit in the Ankang Cup Competition", "Model Trade Union of Non-Public Enterprises in Anhui Province", "Advanced Collective in Labor Competitions of Anhui Province", and "Advanced Unit in Employee Logistics Support Work of Anhui Province".
