On the newly put into use large screen, blessing videos and images from Zhongding employees of different skin colors from all over the world, from Asia to Europe and the Americas, in different languages, converged into an ocean of blessings, kicking off the most grand award ceremony since Zhongding's 40 years of entrepreneurship.
Chairman Xia, Ma Xiaopeng, Xia Yingsong, Xia Yujie and other company leaders, senior executives of Zhongding's overseas enterprises and more than 2,000 cadres and employees gathered together to grandly celebrate the 40th anniversary of Zhongding's entrepreneurship.
Precious images with a strong sense of the times, the great changes of the times, and touching entrepreneurial stories... The 40-year entrepreneurial journey was condensed and played back on the screen with intertwined video images, making the audience feel as if they had traveled through 40 years, witnessing Zhongding's growth and transformation from being weak to strong, from China to the world. To commend the cadres and employees who have made outstanding contributions to Zhongding's entrepreneurial development in various historical periods over the past 40 years, the company previously selected 6 "Zhongding Special Merit Awardees", 6 "Zhongding Entrepreneurial Merit Awardees", 9 "Zhongding Outstanding Merit Awardees", 20 "Zhongding Development Merit Awardees" and 30 "Zhongding Dedication Models". Wang Pu, Secretary of the Ningguo Municipal Party Committee, and others presented awards to the "Zhongding Special Merit Awardees" and others. Each chapter's programs closely followed the theme, reflecting the characteristics of different historical periods of Zhongding's 40 years of entrepreneurship through singing and dancing, showing the spiritual outlook of the majority of Zhongding people who fear no difficulties, unite as one and strive endlessly, expressing the good meaning of forging ahead to create greater glories, and vividly conforming to the celebration theme of "Glorious Forty Years, Marching Towards a Century". The programs were brilliant, with applause rising one after another. The performance came to a perfect end with the passionate chorus of "I Love You Zhongding".
At the celebration dinner held in the evening, Chairman Xia said in his speech that the wealth accumulated by Zhongding through years of down-to-earth efforts and forging ahead is not only the growth of performance and the expansion of territory, but more importantly, it has enabled us to have a management team that can face difficulties and challenges together, keep forging ahead, growing and innovating; and a team of employees who are loyal and dedicated, hardworking and united. On the eve of the celebration, to enhance employees' sense of honor and belonging and further motivate the majority of cadres and employees to work hard, the company awarded the title of "Zhongding Honorary Employee" to employees with more than 10 years of continuous service, and issued silver "Zhongding Honorary Medals" according to three service seniority levels of 10 years, 20 years and 30 years respectively. This move aroused a strong response among the employees.
