Xia Yingsong read out the reply of the Working Committee of the Non-Public Economy and Social Organizations of the Ningguo Municipal Party Committee on the candidate for the Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Committee. According to the reply, Ms. Liang Yan was approved to serve as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhongding Group. At the meeting, the supplementary election of members of the Group Party Committee and trade union chairman was also held. After a show of hands, Wang Kuanhong was elected as a member of the Group Party Committee; Liang Yan was elected as a member of the Group Trade Union and Chairman of the Trade Union.
Liang Yan made a report on the conceptual planning of the "Renewal Action". According to the report, the "Renewal Action" includes seven aspects: environmental renewal, treatment renewal, cultural renewal, technological renewal, quality renewal, market renewal and management renewal. Chairman Xia Dinghu made a concluding speech. In his speech, he elaborated on the times background of carrying out the "Renewal Action" and the internal and external environment of enterprise development. He said that the changes in the internal and external environment of enterprise development urge us to carry out the "Renewal Action". At the same time, from a historical perspective, renewal and improvement are also a necessity and a permanent subject for our growth. He pointed out that the "Renewal Action" must first proceed from the outside to the inside, not only improving the visible and tangible factory appearance, but also gradually expanding to people's behavior habits and ideological concepts step by step. Secondly, the "Renewal Action" requires the participation of all staff in the whole process. The small renewal of each person together constitutes the great renewal of tens of thousands of people. The small renewal of one unit together constitutes the great renewal of the enterprise.
For the implementation of the "Renewal Action", he put forward two specific requirements: first, each company and each department should take the "Renewal Action" as a key work during the 14th Five-Year Plan and even a longer period in the future, and formulate specific implementation plans for each company and each department in a timely manner in light of the actual situation around the general direction and general requirements of the Group's conceptual planning. Second, each company should adhere to the problem-oriented approach, discover problems, analyze problems and solve problems, and carry out responsibility division in accordance with the idea of from the outside to the inside and from the surface to the inside.
