
On March 22, the launching meeting of Zhongding Group's Happy Culture Circle Construction Project was held in the Group's Party and Mass Activity Center. Chairman Xia Dinghu, three external consultants for the Happy Culture Circle Construction Project including Deng Jun, Liang Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, and relevant personnel of the Party and mass system, Chen Zengbao, General Manager of Cooper Company, Han Shuangneng, General Manager of Zhongding Mould, as well as the management teams and relevant personnel of the two companies attended the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Liang Yan. Wang Kuanhong, Director of the Group's Party and Mass Office, made an introduction to the project background. He said that Zhongding's excellent corporate culture has influenced several generations of Zhongding people and is the endogenous driving force for the company's development and expansion for a long time. With the changes of the times and the replacement of generations, the values of the new generation of employees tend to be diversified, and the construction of corporate culture also needs to keep pace with the times. As the core component of the company's "cultural renewal", the construction of a happy culture circle is to adapt to the changes of the times, let the happy culture unite people's hearts, unite forces, and generate greater cultural driving force for the company's development in the new period.
Deng Jun made an in-depth interpretation of the project. He elaborated on the relevant concepts of the happy culture circle. He pointed out that the construction of a happy culture circle is an effective means to implement the corporate culture at the grassroots level, which can help enterprises discover talents, activate organizations, unite people's hearts, and transform employees from passive management to autonomous management.
Chairman Xia attached high importance to the project's advancement. In the subsequent appointment and commitment signing ceremony, he personally presented certificates of appointment to Liang Yan and Wang Kuanhong for their roles as the overall and deputy project leaders, respectively, and to Chen Zengbao and Han Shuangneng for their respective roles as project leaders within their companies. He also led all personnel involved in the project's advancement to solemnly sign their commitments on the signature wall. In his remarks regarding the project's promotion, he expressed two hopes for everyone: first, to unify their thinking and fully recognize the significant importance of the Happiness Culture Circle project, aiming to create a happy, harmonious, and positive team culture. Second, to cooperate closely, actively support the various tasks involved in advancing the project, maintain an overall balance, ensuring that neither production and delivery are affected nor the smooth progress of the project is hindered.
According to the group's overall project advancement plan, Cooper Company and Zhongding Mold, as pilot companies, will be the first to implement the Zhongding Happiness Culture Circle. At the appointment ceremony, Chen Zengbao and Han Shuangneng presented certificates of appointment to their respective companies' project advancement management teams and relevant personnel. The project advancement is divided into three phases: the first phase involves building a cultural environment and training grassroots instructors; the second phase focuses on strengthening cultural effectiveness and implementing specialized cultures; the third phase aims to achieve cultural operation and align with the group's strategy, ultimately achieving the goal of full participation and self-management.
The three external consultant teachers guiding and assisting with the project advancement are from Sichuan Jingjin Yibai Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Minghe Liangdao Enterprise Management Group, and possess rich experience in project advancement. It is understood that the company has successfully introduced Happiness Culture Circles for many listed enterprises.
