The graceful dance moves and stirring music intertwined, transforming the abstract into the tangible, vividly presenting the new atmosphere of the company's development and eliciting thunderous applause from the audience.
On May 8th, amidst early summer, with the shadow of the pandemic completely dissipated, the market in full bloom, and the company's performance climbing steadily, everything was favorable and joyful, making it the perfect time to reward the advanced and boost morale. Group Chairman Xia Dinghu, Zhongding Holdings Chairman Xia Yingsong, and over 1,500 representative cadres and employees from within Xuancheng gathered at the South District Auditorium to cheer for the advanced and root for Zhongding.
This year's awards ceremony was streamlined, consisting of three parts: "New Atmosphere," "New Momentum," and "New Development." Compared to previous years, the number of performances was reduced but refined, with all programs being original creations by internal departments, closely integrated with the award categories. In the "New Atmosphere" chapter, the program "Brightness," selected by Jiake (Anhui) Company, expressed employees' strict, self-disciplined, and meticulous attitude towards product quality from the protagonist's perspective. In the "New Momentum" chapter, the sketch "Bullish Charge," selected by Zhongding Shock Absorber, depicted the happy life of a Zhongding employee's family, promoting the corporate value of "loyalty and dedication." The musical rap "New Look of a Happy Zhongding," with its lively and upbeat clapper talk, painted a picture of Zhongding's renewed internal and external image. In the "New Development" chapter, the poetry recitation and video feature "Live Up to Youth, Rejuvenate with Full Strength," selected by the Zhongding Holdings Technology Center, showcased how Zhongding R&D personnel overcame numerous difficulties, broke through layers of obstacles, and achieved abundant results. The finale, with its dazzling dance and powerful singing, vividly expressed the profound and grand spiritual theme of "I Love You, Zhongding."
This year's award categories were rich and diverse. In addition to "Outstanding Individuals," "Most Beautiful Workers," "Advanced Collectives," and "Advanced Enterprises," award recipients also included "Quality Month" winning units and the third batch of "Dinghu Science and Technology Innovation Fund" winning teams. Company leaders such as Xia Yingsong presented awards to the winners.
After the awards ceremony, Xia Yingsong delivered an impromptu speech. He stated that the pandemic and the rejuvenation action united employees, ignited fighting spirit, consolidated strength, and enabled continuous progress in the company's various endeavors.
