On May 28th, the "Dinghu Innovation Lecture Hall" was held in the training classroom on the second floor of the Party-Mass Activity Center. Chairman Xia Dinghu, Group Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Committee Deputy Director Yan Jiangwei, some company executives, and technical leaders attended. The meeting was chaired by Yan Jiangwei.
At the lecture hall, Zhongding Fluid General Manager Tang Zhisheng delivered a keynote speech titled "Innovation Drives Enterprise Development," sharing how Zhongding Fluid relied on a keen grasp of market dynamics and changes in the marketing environment, as well as the difficult journey and innovative achievements of transformation and upgrading through innovation. Zhongding Rubber & Plastics Blow Molding Technology Manager Wang Song delivered a keynote speech titled "Innovation Leads Product Upgrades," using case studies of the development of steering column dust covers, Bosch-Siemens Home Appliances spray pipes, and thermoplastic elastomer sealing strips to demonstrate that only independent innovation can enhance a company's core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. Wuxi Jiake Deputy General Manager Qi Mingkuan delivered a keynote speech titled "Application of Titanium Alloy Materials in Rubber Injection Molding Machine Nozzles," sharing the R&D process, economic benefits, and promotion of titanium alloy nozzles. This product was first applied at the Jiake Wuxi factory and has now been extended to the Jiake Anhui factory and KACO Germany headquarters. Zhongding Shock Absorber Tooling Design Section Chief Gao Guoxing delivered a keynote speech titled "Discussion on Edge-Free Mold Design for Shock Absorber Rubber Bushings," showcasing the R&D process and multiple successful product cases of edge-free molds, helping everyone recognize that developing edge-free molds is the best means for edge trimming, staff reduction, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement. Anhui Cooper Company Technology Department Deputy Manager Tian Youfeng delivered a keynote speech titled "Research on Rubber O-Ring Cryogenic Deflashing Molds and Processes," explaining how the R&D team significantly saved production costs by redefining cryogenic process parameters and optimizing cryogenic mold design and media.
Chairman Xia Dinghu delivered an important speech. He pointed out that innovation is the focus and eternal theme of future work, and he hopes everyone can make good use of the "Dinghu Innovation Lecture Hall" platform to better serve innovation. He proposed four requirements: first, pay more attention to market and customer needs; second, participate more in innovation activities; third, exchange and share innovation experiences more; fourth, produce and expedite more innovation results. Finally, he brought good news to the vast number of R&D personnel: to further enhance innovation enthusiasm, the company plans to incentivize projects in the third quarter that have passed sample qualification and entered batch production development stages.
