A grand sing-along event pushed the construction of the HCC Happiness Culture Circle to a climax. Autumn is the season of harvest. On the afternoon of September 25th, a total of 33 Happiness Culture Circles from Anhui Cooper and Zhongding Mold gathered joyfully at the South District Auditorium, singing and dancing, vividly showcasing and presenting the happiness and joy harvested since the circles' establishment through graceful or powerful performances on stage. Programs such as "Sunshine Always Comes After the Rain" by the Sunshine Circle, "Never Give Up" by the Cohesion Circle, "Story of Dreams" by the Dream Circle, and many other carefully performed programs by numerous culture circles, with their novel creativity, beautiful singing, and rich meanings, moved all audience members present, including company leaders like Chairman Xia Dinghu, triggering waves of enthusiastic applause and cheers.
This was a grassroots celebration and a large-scale carnival for the "masses."
Eighty percent of them had never been on stage before.
Preparing for the sing-along was also a massive outburst of collective honor. Collective honor turned into an inexhaustible driving force, igniting enormous enthusiasm and creativity among the vast circle members. During this period, they pooled their wisdom and efforts, each showing their talents—making videos, selecting songs, writing lyrics, and rehearsing programs—striving to integrate their unique circle culture into their self-composed and self-performed programs, presenting their best selves. A strong sense of collective honor tightly united everyone, especially the Happiness Culture Circles composed of frontline production employees. They had to ensure both the quality and quantity of production tasks while squeezing out time for rehearsals whenever possible, even sacrificing holiday rest to voluntarily join program rehearsals. Over and over, from unfamiliarity to proficiency, from uneven to synchronized, from monotonous forms to diverse variations, each program gradually took shape and improved under the careful guidance of instructors and the joint efforts and meticulous polishing of everyone. This process, both intense and joyful, once again promoted their own growth and transformation.
While each circle performed, videos on the large stage screen presented beautiful stories of their solidarity, friendship, cooperation, and progress since the circles' establishment—helping others, team-building games, team integration... Each frame vividly depicted wonderful moments from a series of cultural construction activities of each circle. Although the forms varied, they converged towards the same goal, naturally highlighting the gradual progress of the vast number of circle members towards "self-management and happy growth," deeply touching the live audience.
To successfully host the sing-along, the Group Union and the HCC project team members from both companies also made tremendous efforts. While fully ensuring that normal production in both companies was unaffected, coordinators at all levels made overall arrangements and cooperated with each other, providing services such as production coordination, program rehearsal guidance, stage design, video clips and prop production, and sound equipment borrowing for the circles' participation in the sing-along, offering strong logistical support for the event's success.
Sow hope, reap happiness. The HCC Happiness Culture Circle activities have been running for half a year since their launch in late March. Through the joint efforts of the entire company and project team members at all levels, the phased achievements in promoting "self-management and happy growth" among the vast number of employees were collectively and brilliantly showcased through this sing-along. In the next step, the project team will continue to progress step by step, consolidating and expanding the promotion results.
