On March 12th, Arbor Day, amidst pleasant spring weather, Zhongding Holdings' 2022 Year of the Tiger "Innovation Power, the Brave Win" Spring Festival Awards Banquet was grandly held at the Vera Palace Hotel. Group Chairman Xia Dinghu, Zhongding Holdings Chairman Xia Yingsong, main leaders of each module, and over 300 cadres and employees from various modules attended the awards banquet.
Chairman Xia Yingsong delivered a speech. He introduced the company's development achievements and industry position over the past year, as well as the major era changes and future trends facing the automotive industry. He said we must use the certainty of internal management to cope with the uncertainty of the external environment, focus on the development trends of lightweighting, comfort, modularization, and integration in the automotive industry, reconsider and reposition our roles, and strive to become a world-class automotive component supplier. To this end, we must start from four aspects: market rejuvenation, technological rejuvenation, management rejuvenation, and cultural rejuvenation, keeping pace with the times, accurately positioning ourselves, bravely innovating, improving efficiency, and promoting a renewal of concepts among all employees. Finally, he said that in the post-pandemic era, as borders reopen and globalization gradually returns to normal, Zhongding will open a new chapter in the global non-tire rubber industry landscape. The Sealing Module, NVH Module, Fluid Module, and Headquarters Module each presented wonderful programs for the banquet. The Sealing Module's song and dance "The Dearest One" was a self-directed and self-performed program by 25 frontline female workers from Cooper Company's Happiness Culture Circle.
With elegant and fluid body language matching the music's rhythm, it showcased the close-knit, supportive spirit within the Sealing Module companies. The NVH Module's musical skit "Love in the Town" depicted an ordinary yet heartwarming story during the company's relocation, sketching a touching picture of employees overcoming numerous difficulties and weathering storms and sharing honor and disgrace with the enterprise. The Fluid Module's situational dance "Walking Hand in Hand" was grand and powerful, displaying the high morale and ambitious drive of the Fluid Module employees. The Headquarters Module's situational dance "Light Chaser" was performed jointly by key members from various systems within the Headquarters Module, realistically presenting the difficulties encountered at work and the guidance and help from leaders in a stage format, vividly embodying the Zhongding spirit of collective brainstorming and overcoming challenges. Each program was ingeniously conceived and passionately performed, combining their respective module's development narrative and characteristics. Though the forms and styles differed, they all showcased Zhongding's thriving development and the uplifting spirit of its cadres and employees, expressing confidence and blessings for the company's bright future.
To add to the banquet's excitement, enhance the festive atmosphere, and stimulate the collective honor of cadres and employees from each module, an interesting program voting segment was also set up. After each module's performance, the module leader took the stage to introduce the module's development performance over the past year, interpret the program's meaning, emotionally share the touching stories of solidarity and hard work behind the program, and express firm confidence in creating further glory in 2022.
During the banquet, the company grandly recognized and awarded outstanding sales individuals for 2021, with Chairman Xia Yingsong personally presenting the awards. This was followed by a grand dinner.
The past year was extraordinary.
