On the afternoon of May 27th, Zhongding Group's 2021 Annual Advanced Commendation and Awards Ceremony was grandly held at the South District Auditorium. Group Chairman Xia Dinghu, Zhongding Holdings Chairman Xia Yingsong, and other senior leaders attended the grand ceremony.
The awards ceremony, themed "Saluting Role Models," was divided into three chapters: "Exemplary Quality," "Exemplary Power," and "Exemplary Radiance." The ceremony commenced with the impactful opening film "Hands," which displayed pairs of hands belonging to model workers on the screen, interpreting the sentiments and mission of Zhongding people and evoking deep respect from all present.
To motivate the advanced and vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the awards segment honored 7 "Quality Month Advanced Units," 9 "Advanced Production Departments," 7 "Advanced Functional Departments," 20 "Advanced Offices," 21 "Advanced Six-Type Teams," 26 "Model Workers," and 5 "Advanced Enterprises." Chairmen Xia Dinghu, Xia Yingsong, and other company leaders personally took the stage to present awards to the winners.

To motivate highly skilled talent and enhance the company's technical reserves, certificates for "Senior Technicians" and "Senior Chief Engineers" were also presented during the ceremony. After the awards, Chairman Xia Yingsong delivered a speech. On behalf of the company, he congratulated the recognized units and individuals, acknowledged the performance achievements of each company in 2021, and fully affirmed the role of talent in enterprise development. He stated that the company has always valued the cultivation and development of employees, encouraging talent to step out of Ningguo, out of China, to truly drive technological and management output, and showcase their talents on international platforms. Regarding job grading work, he emphasized: first, to discover professional talent, provide professional platforms, and enhance professional compensation; second, professional talent should focus on mentoring and strive to "go out"; third, job grading should be normalized, and professional skill quality should be dynamic. Finally, he expressed gratitude to employees in all positions for their efforts and dedication at work, hoping the recognized advanced collectives and model workers cherish their honors and guard against arrogance and impatience, and encouraging all employees to "learn from the advanced and catch up with the advanced" and work diligently.
To better convey the spirit of the commendation assembly, this awards ceremony was broadcast live for the first time via the Zhongding Converged Media Center, enabling synchronous viewing domestically and internationally across regions. Nearly seven thousand employees watched the live broadcast that day. It is reported that after the ceremony concluded, the company also held a "Saluting Role Models" honorary banquet at Yueyuan International Hotel for the "Model Workers," "Senior Chief Engineers," and "Senior Technicians."
