On the afternoon of November 5th, BYD's 2022 "Holding onto Initial Heart, Striving for New Competition" Core Supplier Conference was held in Shenzhen. Zhongding Holdings Chairman/Global CEO Xia Yingsong, NVH Module Global Executive Officer He Shisheng, and other company leaders were invited to attend. At the conference, Zhongding's NVH Module was awarded the 2022 Annual "Special Contribution Award" by BYD Company. This award is high recognition of the company's supply capabilities, technological R&D, service levels, etc., and is also the result of the NVH Module's early layout in new energy vehicle (NEV) assembly projects.
In September this year, China accounted for 67% of the world's NEV share, and the retail penetration rate of NEVs in China exceeded 30% for the first time. This critical threshold indicates that China's NEV industry scale and volume have economic benefits, and the industry chain is very robust.
